For Blood Purification/Cleansing

Recipe #1:
Ingredients:
Kishmish (Currants) – 10 Nos.
Anjeer (Moraceae, Ficus carica) – 2 Nos.
Dry Kharjoor (Dried Dates) – 2 Nos.
Usage:  Soak 10 Kishmish (Currants), 2 Anjeer (Moraceae, Ficus carica) and 2 Dry Kharjoor (Dried Dates) in a glass of water overnight.  In the morning, separate the water from the constituents.  Eat the constituents by chewing slowly.  Drink the separated water also.  Give one hour gap for breakfast/food.
Benefits:  Blood gets purified, stains on the body vanish, sores will heal, dark circles below eyes will vanish, and blood quantity also increases.

Recipe #2:
Ingredients:
Naatu aavu neyyi (Cow’s ghee (clarified butter)) – 100 g
Pepper – 100 Nos.
Usage:  Heat the ghee in a vessel and add exactly 100 number pepper.  After the entire ghee boils, separate the pepper and store ghee.  Use ghee along with daily food.
Benefits:  Blood purifies, blood becomes red, skin beauty increases, and dead cells of blood will be removed.

Recipe #3:
Ingredients:
2 fresh Saraswathi leaves (hill glory bower, verbanaceae)
1/2 spoon honey
1/2 spoon cow’s ghee (clarified butter)
Usage:  Mix all the three and take 2 times in the morning and evening.
Benefits:  Blood purifies, liver and spleen strengthens, brain power drastically improves, and all parts of body rejuvenate.

Recipe #4:
Ingredients: 
Bhavanchalu (Babchi, Psoralea corylifolia) (dry and make powder) – 50 g
Dry usirikaya (Indian gooseberry) powder – 50 g
Dry Taanikaya (Belleric Myrobalan) powder – 50 g
Usage:  Mix all the three powders and store in a bottle. Add 1/2 sp. powder to 1/2 cup water and drink in the night before sleep.
Benefits:  Blood purifies and energy of body increases.

Recipe #5:
Ingredients:  Goat Milk, Honey
Usage:  Take one cup of warm goat milk.  Add one spoon of honey and drink early in the morning.  Do not eat for one hour.
Benefits:  Blood purifies and skin diseases are eliminated.

Remedy for White Hair

Recipe #1:
Ingredients
Usiri powder (Indian Gooseberry) : 100 g - Dry it, and then fry and make powder
Black Sesame powder (Nalla nuvvulu): 100 g - Dry it, and then fry and make powder
Guntagalagara aaku (Acanthospermum hispidum leaves): 100 g (dry them, make powder)
Candy sugar powder : 100 g
Usage:  Mix all the above constituents.  Take ¼ to ½ spoon daily.  Children can take with milk and candy sugar powder.
Benefits:  Teeth will strengthen, all parts of body will be rejuvenated, dhaatu strength increases, hair turns black within 3 to 4 months.

Recipe #2:
Ingredients
Usirikaya powder (Indian Gooseberry)
Usage:  Soak dry usirikaya powder (Indian Gooseberry) overnight.  Make paste to consistency and apply to hair.  Wait for half an hour and take bath.  Hair turns black.

Recipe #3:
Ingredients
Dry Usirikaya (Indian Gooseberry)
Cow’s ghee (clarified butter)
Soak a handful of dry or fresh gooseberry (usirika) overnight. Remove water and fry the pieces lightly in cow’s ghee.
Usage:  Take them with food or even directly two to three times in a day.
Benefits:  Mouth, teeth will strengthen, juice when chewed will enter blood, gives strength to all body parts, strengthens head and brain and improves memory and hair turns black.

Recipe #4:
Ingredients
Karakkaya beradu powder (Chebulic myrobalan bark) – 100 g
Taanikaya beradu powder (Belleric Myrobalan bark) – 100 g
Usirikaya beradu powder (indian gooseberry bark) – 100 g
Usage:  Make powder of all the above and sieve it with a fine cloth.  Add milk to 1 or 2 spoons powder in a china bowl and make paste to consistency.  Apply paste to hair and wait for one hour before bath.  Do not use shampoo.  For Kapha Prakruti people apply in the afternoon and take bath.  Then expose hair to Saambraani smoke.

For Black Cancer (Raktha Pandu)

Recipe #1:

Ingredients:
  • Billa Ganneru Flower (Periwinkle) powder : 50 gms
  • Guntagalagara (Acanthospermum hispidum) flower or leaf powder : 50 grams
  • Thella Jilledu (Yercum, wara) Flowder powder : 50 gms
  • Tulasi (Holy basil) leaves Powder : 50 gms
  • Pure Turmeric powder : 50 gms
  • Roasted pepper : 50 gms

Procedure:
  1. Mix them all.  Filter them with a cotton cloth to obtain a fine powder.
  2. Take the powder in a wide opened vessel made of mud.
  3. Add Govu Muthram (Cow urine) to it till the powder dissolves in it.
  4. Allow it to be still all the night.
  5. Dry it in the sun in the morning.
  6. Again add cow urine to it at night.
  7. Continue this procedure for seven nights and seven days.
  8. After the above procedure, grind the mixture in pot to fine paste.
  9. Add filtered Cow urine to paste if necessary.
  10. Add some honey to the mixture.
  11. Make the paste as small tablets.
  12. Dry the tablets in shade.
  13. After drying, preserve them in a glass bottle.
Usage:
  1. For children, one tablet three times a day.
  2. For adults, one to three tablets three times a day.
  3. Take along with pure milk or orange juice (just like you have common tablets with water).
  4. Forty days of dosage can cure tough diarrhea, black cancer (pandu), blood deficiency, and viral fevers.
  5. It will improve and boost the immunity system in body.

For Bed Wetting

Recipe #1:
Ingredients:
Aavala (mustard seed) powder
Vaamu (Carom seed) powder
Honey
Usage
a.  Drink one cup warm water with one spoon honey
b.  Add half spoon ‘Aavala podi (mustard seed powder)’ to the first morsel before eating food.
c.  Mix half spoon ‘Vaamu (Ajwain, Carom seeds) powder in half cup water and boil the same to reduce to 1/4th glass.  Filter the water and add a little salt and drink.
d.  For children having kapha prakruti, do not allow them to drink more water.

a.  Massage with warm sesame oil (nuvvula noone) on the lower stomach (pottikadupu) before meals/breakfast.

For Back Pain

Recipe #1:
Ingredients:
Vaamu (Ajwain, Trachyspermum copticum):  100 grams
Patika Bellam (Candy Sugar):  100 grams
Cow’s ghee (Clarified butter):  100 grams
(preferably naatu aavu ghee)

Fry Vamu (Ajwain) and make fine powder and sieve it.  Add candy sugar powder and mix uniformly.  Boil cow’s ghee (clarified butter) to liquid state.  After removing it from the stove, add the above mixture of Vamu (Ajwain) and Candy sugar to the ghee, spoon by spoon, and stir it well.  Let it to cool down.  After it cools down, store it in a glass bottle.  This mixture is known as AGASTHYA LEHYAM

Take one spoon of Agasthya Lehyam after breakfast and meals.  You may have good relief from old back pains and stomach/gastric problems.

Ingredients:
Udit dal (black gram) batter
Garlic paste
Ginger - 3 grams
Saindhava lavanam (rock salt) ½ spoon or as per taste.
Usage:  Prepare gaarelu out of the above. Take one or two daily
Benefits:  Relieves back pain, knee pain.

Badam (Almond) pappu : 1/4 kg
Soak with hot water to the level of badam (almond) overnight
Khus Khus (poppy seed) cleaned : ¼ kg (Fry lightly and make powder)
Candy Sugar powder(Patika bellam) (sieved ) to taste.

Mix all the constituents and store in a bottle.
Usage:  Two spoons in the morning and two in theevening with hot milk.
Benefits:  Back pain is relieved within 40 days. All joints will be strengthened, premature ejaculation is stopped, gets interest in family life.

Tips:
  • Do not work in a single place without moving.
  • Attend to the natural calls immediately without postponement.
  • Practice kati chakrasanam, Ardha chandrasanam, waist rotation exercise in standing position.
  • Avoid exposure of back/waist while driving two-wheeler.
  • Minimize fan usage by sitting directly under fan.
  • Avoid drinking too hot or too cold drinks.

For ladies:
During puberty for the first time, give Chimmiri laddu/Minapa(black gram)laddu/Coconut laddu, one half coconut full sesame oil (nuvvula nune) for drinking.
Chimmiri is prepared with 100 grams of sesame seeds,  50 grams of coconut, 150 grams of jaggery, and 2 cardamoms.
Benefits:  No back pain till death.

White rice husk – 1 kg (after sieving)
Old jaggery – 1 kg
Ghee (clarified butter) – 1 kg (Naatu aavu neyyi)
Pound the above three contents and make 10 gram size laddoos.  Cool them in shade and store in a bottle.
Usage:  Take one laddoo in the morning and one in the evening 2 hours before breakfast/dinner.
Benefits:  Back pain vanishes in 40 days. Body becomes strong.

Old Stubborn Back Pain
Banyan tree milk.
Usage:  Dip one cloth in the milk extracted from banyan tree, in the early morning and tie it around waist for half an hour without formation of wrinkles in the cloth.  Cover the entire waist by cloth with somebody’s help.
Benefits:  Old stubborn back pain is relieved.

Nalla Tumma Banka (Black Babul tree gum) – 100 grams
Cow Ghee (clarified butter) – 100 grams.

Fry the above in Cow’s Ghee.  Dry and make powder.  Add candy sugar 100 gm.  Store the powder in glass bottle.
Usage:  One spoon in the morning and one in the evening along with one cup milk.
Benefits:  Fractured bones will set right within 7 days.  Old back pain is relieved.

Vamu Tailam (Ajwain Oil)
Apply Vamu tailam (Ajwain oil) in warm condition to the back.  Massage each vertebra with thumbs with left-right movement.  Massage clockwise and anti-clockwise around each vertebra of back bone.

Ingredients:
Jilledu aaku (Calotropis procera leaves) or chintaaku (tamarind leaves)
Turmeric – 1 to 2 teaspoons.
Add jilledu aaku (Calotropis procera leaves) or chintaaku (tamarind leaves) to water along with some turmeric (one or two spoons) and steam it.  Dip one cotton cloth, squeeze and apply it on the affected part.  Massage on the back with palm.
Benefits:  Good relief from back pain immediately.  Stiff back pain, indigestion, constipation, decrease in Praana shakti, pains during Caesarian operation will subside.

Ayurvedic Shampoo

Recipe #1
Ingredients:
Reetha powder (Sapindus mukorossi, soapnut, kunkudukayala podi) - 100 grams
Shikakai Powder (Acacia Concinna) - 100 grams
Usirika powder (Indian gooseberry) : 100 grams
Maaredu fruits powder or paste(Aegle marmelos/Bael fruit)  - 100 grams
Mix all of them and store.

Usage:  Soak 3 spoonful of powder for gents or 6 spoonful for ladies in hot water for 3 to 4 hours.  Add one lemon’s juice and mix with a spoon.  Apply the liquid paste to the head by massaging.  Wait for 5 min and take bath.  Follow the procedure once a week for 8 weeks.
Benefits:  Hair will grow strong and shiny.

For Weight loss

Recipe #1:
Ingredients:

Recipe No #2:
Ingredients:
Urad Dal chilka (Pottu minapappu) (Black gram):  1 kg
Coconut water sufficient to soak the dal (black gram).
After soaking grind to batter and prepare Vadiyalu (round balls) and dry them in the sun, and store.
Usage:  Soak 10 vadiyalu (round balls) in milk.  Add sugar candy powder (patikabellam) or jaggery and take them for 40 to 60 days.  Gradually increase it to 20 Vadiyalu.
Precaution: Gents should be away from family life while taking the above recipe.

Ingredients:
Uttareni (Prickly Chaff Flower, Achyranthes aspera) leaves juice:  1 glass
Sesame seeds oil (Nuvvulu noone):  1 glass
Boil the above contents till only oil remains and store in a glass bottle.
Usage: Apply the oil on belly from left-to-right and wherever excess fat prevails.
Benefits: Bad water and bad blood is eliminated and excessive fat will melt down.  It also improves blood circulation.

Stomach cleaning should be done once a month
Stomach cleaning Method 1:
Ingredients:
Ginger juice : 2 spoons
Honey: 2 spoons
Vanta Amudam (Castor oil) : 4 spoons.
Mix the above three constituents and boil thoroughly 3 times (Moodu sarlu pongu vachchevaraku).
Usage: Take it with warm water early in the evening.  Rasam with rice can be taken as food in the afternoon.
Precaution: Avoid going outside as motions (bowel movements) may occur 3 to 4 times.

Stomach cleaning Method 2:
Ingredients:
Aloe vera juice : 2 to 4 spoons
Jeera (Cumin seeds) powder : ¼ spoon (lightly fried)
Turmeric : 1/8 spoon
Pepper powder : little (1/16 spoon) (3 chitikalu)
Usage: Take the above contents together half-an-hour before meals.
Benefits: This will not only clean the stomach, but also sores in andasayam (ovary) and also sores due to cancer.

Ingredients:
Ulava Jaava (horse gram)
Ulavalu (horse gram) : 50 gm
Boil ulavalu (horse gram) in ½ liter of water and prepare Jaava (semi-liquid).  Add little ginger, vamu (Ajwain), jeera (Cumin seeds) powder, pepper powder, saindhava lavanam (rock salt) along with water and boil the contents till thick liquid is formed.
Usage: To be taken daily at 4:00 p.m.

Belly reduction powder
Take Karakkaya (Chebulic myrobalan), taanikaya (Belleric Myrobalan), usirikaya (indian gooseberry), sonti (dried ginger), pippallu (Balinese pepper), miriyalu (Black Pepper), saindhavalavanam (rock salt) each 100gms.  Fry them separately and make powder.  Mix all contents together and store in a glass bottle.
Usage:
People with Vaata prakruti should take with warm water
People with Ushna prakruti should take with butter milk
People with kapha prakruti should take with honey.

Ingredients:
Prepare ganji (gruel) or upma out of korralu (millet) or yavalu (oats). These are blessed with the quality to keep the body in required size and proportion.

  1. Avoid drinking cool water from fridge
  2. Avoid fried items
  3. Avoid taking cold rice, new rice
  4. Drink cow’s milk only
  5. Avoid meat
  6. Avoid breakfast before 10 AM, take juices in the afternoon and light food in the evening.
  7. Eat according to the body’s needs and to the extent of physical work one does.
  8. Avoid sleep during day time and reduce sleep during night.
  9. Reduce rice and wheat as much as possible
  10. Avoid milk products, sugar, jiggery
  11. Exercise morning and evening.

Recipe #7:
Ingredients:
Avanune (Mustard oil) – 100 grams
Karpooram (Camphor) – 20 grams
Heat the 100 grams Avanune (mustard oil) on stove.  After heating, remove it from the stove and mix 20 grams of Karpooram (camphor) and stir it thoroughly and close the counter with a lid.  Allow it to cool down until the karpooram (camphor) dissolves into the oil.
Usage:  Apply little oil to stomach and portions where you have excess fat daily two times half-an-hour before bath and massage it smoothly from top to bottom and bottom to top, and left to right and right to left. 
Benefits:  This will reduce excess fat and get you into a good shape. You can apply this oil to the whole body, except on the head.

Tippateega (Tinospora Cordifolia) powder
Karakkaya (Chebulic myrobalan) beradu (fiber) powder
Usirikaya (Indian Gooseberry) beradu (fiber) powder
Tanikaya (Belleric Myrobalan) beradu (fiber) powder
Usage:  Mix all the four in equal proportions and store in a glass bottle.  Take a teaspoonful of the mixture and mix it to a glass water and boil it till becomes half and filter it.  Allow it to cool, when it is lukewarm, mix two teaspoons of honey to it.  Take this daily in the mornings and evenings. 
Benefits:  This will remove all the excess fat that is hidden in the body. 
Note:  You may experience frequent bowel movements at the beginning, as this will remove all the wastage in the body.

Old Rice
Usage:  Soak the old rice one full night and dry it the whole next day, then fry it lightly.  Grind it to make ravva (semolina).  Add water that is equal to 14 times of the ravva (semolina) and cook it till it becomes gruel.  Eat this using cooked vegetables.
Benefits:  This will remove all the excess fat in the stomach and gives you flat stomach and also removes excess fat that is hidden in the body.

Benefits:  Take this daily will remove excess fat from all parts of the body within six months.

Ingredients:
Ulava Guggillu (Horse gram):  
Softly boil ulava guggillu (horsegram).
Usage:  Start with 20 to 25 grams and gradually increase to 50 to 100 grams. Take it in the Mornings and Evenings.  You can season it with onion and chilly pieces also regular seasoning items.
Note:  Drink butter milk and eat barley for reducing heat generated due to the above food.
Benefits: Excess fat in Stomach reduces and excess weight will be reduced.

Foods To Be Taken At Night For Weight Reduction:
Ingredients:
Old Rice, Jowar (sorghum grain), old wheat, Moong (Mung beans), ulavalu (horse gram), barley seeds in equal proportion.
Usage:  Soak them overnight, dry them in the morning.  Add little by little quantity in fry pan and fry them.  Later powder the contents and store in a bottle.
Usage:  Prepare chapatti/roti and take them in the nights as food.

Ingredients:
Warm water : 1 glass
Triphala powder : ¼ spoon
(Triphala is an Ayurvedic herbal rasayana formula consisting of equal parts of three myrobalans, taken without seed: Amalaki (Emblica officinalis), Bibhitaki (Terminalia bellirica), and Haritaki (Terminalia chebula)).
Honey : Little
Usage:  Mix the above and take for one week.  During the second week, increase Triphala powder to 1/2 spoon and then increase it to 3/4 spoon in third week and to 1 spoon from fourth week. Take the above composition two times a day for atleast 40 days.
Along with the above, use Angaragam (bath powder) also.
Angaragam:
Mix Karakkaya (Terminalia chebula, Black Myrobalan or Chebulic Myrobalan or Haritaki) powder, Vepa chigullu (tender neem leaves), mango bark powder, pomegranate bark powder and lodduga chekka (lodhra, Symplocos Racemosa ) bark powder equally and store.
Take 3-4 teaspoons or as required and add milk to the powder. Apply the paste to those areas where excess fat prevails.  Can also apply to dark circles, dark regions, spots, etc. Wait for an hour and take bath.
Benefits:  Body fat reduces, and natural beauty increases.

Nalla tumma Aaku (Black Babul tree leaves)
Karakkaya (Terminalia chebula, Black Myrobalan or Chebulic Myrobalan or Haritaki)
Usage:  Soak nalla tumma aaku in water and make thick paste and make karakkaya powder and then to paste.  Apply paste of nalla tumma aaku to entire body.  After 15 min apply karakkaya paste.  Take bath after drying.
Benefits:  Excess fat reduces and smell of sweating vanishes.
